Notes: I talked about being inside, trying different power levels, this being my first GMRS radio and him being my first contact, and when I asked about how I was being heard, Justin said he could make out what I was saying and carry a conversation. Justin mentioned getting an antenna outside is the best approach(I agree). Told him I was in an apartment and would look into options.
